CAMP REGISTRATION

1. Choose your camp

Write down the 5-digit codes and the fees for each camp you want. The code appears directly to the right of the cost listed for each camp.

2. Consider your options

Early Supervision? (Summer)

If you want early check-in for your camper, you can select this option.

Supervision for your athlete is available the day before camp starts.

Athletes 13-17 yrs. are eligible for Early Supervision ($75/night). Includes dinner/breakfast.

3. Register online

Online and in person registration will open in early January for Spring Break Camps and in mid-March for Summer Camps.

Registering online is quick and convenient. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

NOTE: ALL Lacrosse Camps are expected to SELL OUT. If the camp you have selected is full and you want to be put on the waitlist for that camp, please email camps@sfu.ca and include the participant’s full name, camp code and contact information (phone number and email).

4. Confirmation

Confirmation will be sent out upon receipt of registration, and will include camp receipt, parking information, drop off locations, what to bring to camp and more.

In person: Register directly at the Camps Office in the Chancellor’s Gym Complex at SFU Burnaby:

Monday to Friday 8:45am-4:00pm. Please fill out the Registration Form prior to coming into the office.

By mail: Send full payment by cheque, money order, Visa or MasterCard and the registration form to:

Refunds

If a program does not fill to its minimum required capacity one week prior to its start, SFU Athletics & Recreation reserve the right to cancel the program and to refund program fees in full.

If the participant needs to withdraw from a program:

More than 5 business days (M-F) prior a course start date:

A full refund (less a 15% administration fee per course) will be issued for course cancellations before the course start date.

Five or fewer business days (M-F) prior a course start date:

Cancellation requests 5 or fewer business days prior a course start date will be considered with:

1. Receipt of written medical recommendation from a Doctor.

2. Receipt of written recommendation from the Course Instructor, stating the circumstances by which the course is unsuitable for the participant.

With such documentation, a full refund (less a 15% administration fee per course) will be issued prior the course start date. A pro-rated refund (less a 15% administration fee per course) will be issued once the course has begun.

Recreation Course Transfers

Course transfers will be considered by administration and based on course minimum registration requirements. A $5 transfer fee will apply.
